Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD (plus commission)

What you will do
- Manage software renewal process for assigned accounts, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, conduct demos, and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Develop account plans, monitor usage, health, and revenue; provide sales forecasts using CRM tools.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and collaborate on sales/marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders as primary point of contact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years sales or account management experience, preferably in software, enterprise, higher ed/K-12
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools; ability to articulate complex software value
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
