TL;DR

ABA Implementation Manager (SaaS EMR): Lead end-to-end implementation projects for autism and IDD care software with an accent on system configuration, integrations, data management, and customer training. Focus on managing moderately complex projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and mentoring junior team members.

Location: Hybrid preferred from Holmdel, New Jersey or Fort Lauderdale, Florida; remote considered from other U.S. states. In-person interview or face-to-face meeting required prior to start for fully remote roles.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end implementation process including planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, status reports, and facilitate meetings to track progress and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and customer standards; oversee data management and integrations.
  • Configure products, deliver training, and act as EMR subject matter expert.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, mentor juniors, and provide feedback to product teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS implementation or similar role, with strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products, industry applications, and ability to lead complex configurations.
  • Exceptional communication to convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders; build customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Clinical and/or hirify.global experience highly preferred.
