Location: Hybrid: Must be based in South Charlotte, NC (Monday-Thursday in HQ, Friday remote)

Salary: $75,000 – $115,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage relationships with internal tech teams to align product roadmaps with business goals and impact.
• Prioritize and scope quarterly initiatives in collaboration with sales, compliance, and operations leaders.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and multiple engineering teams to communicate timelines and blockers.
• Lead and mentor junior project managers to improve project execution and partner relationship skills.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines while proactively managing risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional, client-facing project management roles.
• Proficiency with project and communication tools such as Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and Outlook.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship or corp-to-corp available.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and own both the big picture and small details.

Nice to have

• PMI/PMP Certification.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience in SaaS, telesales, or home services industries.
