Salary: $95,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent software projects focused on product launches and AI tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project scope, schedules, and resources.
• Resolve roadblocks and navigate complex project dependencies to minimize risks.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management and C-suite executives.
• Champion project management process improvements and implement PMO best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a SaaS or software environment.
• Advanced technical skills in Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications.
• Experience handling enterprise-level strategic projects.
• Experience implementing PMO practices and standards.
