What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of the elluminate platform, ensuring high-quality data integration and analytics for clients.
• Develop roadmaps and timelines for solution integration, custom reporting, and Clinical Data Repository (CDR) mapping.
• Manage project budgets, client expectations, and resource allocation in response to scope changes.
• Define and document project objectives and strategies using clinical trial expertise.
• Partner with PMO management to support the customer success model and identify future business growth opportunities.
• Lead technical teams to resolve complex issues and mentor junior PMO staff.

Requirements

• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in clinical, biomedical, or software environments.
• 5+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry or senior consulting managing large complex clients.
• Proven expertise in managing high-profile clinical projects and technical deployments.
• Working knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and EDC systems (Medidata, Rave).
• Must be based in the USA.
