What you will do

• Lead the development and optimization of job descriptions and job architecture frameworks.
• Conduct advanced market pricing and benchmarking to determine competitive pay positioning.
• Design and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and compensation guidelines.
• Execute large-scale analyses on pay equity, compression, and workforce trends for executive leadership.
• Advise HR Business Partners and executives on offers, promotions, and organizational design.
• Oversee variable compensation programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration; CCP certification strongly preferred.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in compensation management.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or Payfactors/MarketPay.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization.
• In-depth knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and employment laws (FLSA).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
