What you will do

• Define and manage timelines for multi-module inpatient capacity deployments.
• Collaborate with data, clinical, and product specialists to implement value-driven solutions.
• Engage client teams from frontline staff to executives to shape workflows and ensure adoption.
• Provide technical project leadership across full deployment lifecycle, prioritizing tasks and resolving dependencies.
• Identify risks, process improvements, and opportunities to drive client success.
• Articulate value proposition and build lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project/program management for enterprise SaaS implementations
• 5+ years in healthcare consulting, digital health, or health systems
• 5+ years cross-functional experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles
• Experience with Epic integrations and certification in IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, or related modules
• Deep inpatient domain knowledge in metrics, processes, and challenges
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills with tools like SQL, Java, Excel
• Excellent communication and systems thinking

Nice to have

• SQL query writing experience
• HL7/FHIR integrations
• Experience with clinical/process consultants
• PMP Certification
