What you will do

• Lead updates to Program Management Plan and supporting standards, ensuring alignment with charter and oversight.
• Orchestrate SAFe ceremonies, release cadences, and tools like JIRA for consistent delivery across waves.
• Lead program meetings including risk reviews, Change Control Board, defect reviews, and executive reporting.
• Build Power BI dashboards and automate communications from JIRA data sources.
• Manage knowledge ecosystem, change plans, job aids, and FAQs.
• Identify risks, perform Analysis of Alternatives, and track defects with vendors.

Requirements

• 4+ years program management support for large-scale federal IT or ERP implementations
• Strong written/oral communication for senior management and clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Ability to pass background check and receive government clearance
• Team-oriented with strong organization and customer service mindset

Nice to have

• VA or federal financial management experience
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification
• Experience with CGI’s Momentum Financials
• Agile/SAFe environment experience
