Salary: $167,249 - $216,000

What you will do

• Own and deliver complex projects across the enrollment and early member journey from problem definition to execution.
• Design scalable backend systems to power enrollment workflows and enable operational automation.
• Build and maintain integrations with clinical platforms, lab vendors, and partner APIs.
• Lead technical decision-making, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and elevate engineering standards, including code quality and system design.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production systems with strong backend fundamentals in Go and/or Python.
• Experience designing and operating scalable backend systems, APIs, and asynchronous/event-driven architectures.
• Strong product and business intuition to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency with modern AI-assisted development workflows.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI).
