What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical integration design and execution for enterprise customers from scoping to production.
• Conduct technical discovery and create proof-of-concepts during pre-sales cycles to validate feasibility.
• Design system architectures bridging customer IT environments with the AI-first platform.
• Implement AI/ML-enabled healthcare features while ensuring regulatory and clinical safety compliance.
• Develop high-quality technical artifacts including API guides, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.
• Build reusable integration templates and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend/systems focus.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly on the payer side (health plans, managed care).
• Deep expertise in data architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise middleware.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, API Gateway).
• Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, X12, HL7v2).
• AI/ML integration experience with LLMs in production systems.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST).
• Database expertise in SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
