Salary: Base $45,000 - $55,000, OTE $70,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients and provide education on hirify.global services.
• Achieve member enrollment goals driven by company KPIs.
• Answer patient questions and provide guidance on available clinical and social resources.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate patient outreach records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure patients receive appropriate care.
• Manage inbound calls and coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up care.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT.
• Strong empathetic communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
• Motivation to hit targets and work within a performance-based bonus program.
