What you will do

• Perform high-volume outbound calls to educate patients on hirify.global services and resources.
• Meet and exceed member enrollment goals based on company KPIs.
• Support patients by answering questions and providing guidance on available clinical and social resources.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of all patient outreach activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure appropriate care.
• Manage inbound calls from potential patients and coordinate appointment scheduling.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm ET.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong empathetic communication and rapport-building skills.
