Salary: $45,000–$55,000 base (OTE $70,000–$100,000 with uncapped monthly bonuses).

What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to inform and enroll patients into hirify.global services and resources.
• Achieve enrollment goals based on company KPIs and performance metrics.
• Answer patient questions, address concerns, and guide them on available support.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain timely records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders for patient care.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up care with families.
• Handle inbound calls from potential patients.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM ET (Arizona-adjusted MST hours); willing to work occasional overtime.
