What you will do

• Provide excellent service within a call center for customers' retirement savings accounts.
• Educate and hirify.global customers regarding critical plan updates and changes without cold calling or sales.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Handle general account changes based on customer direction.
• Collaborate with a team of associates and participate in a paid training program.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Associates degree or higher and 1+ year of customer service experience, OR 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship, CPT, or OPT available).
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays), potentially outside traditional business hours.
• Reliable high-speed wired internet connection (min 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload) and a quiet home workspace.
