Salary: $190,500 - $265,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute the annual tactical plan and operational budget for the US market.
• Drive the adult segment strategy, positioning, and brand narrative for Bylvay.
• Lead integrated tactical planning across HCPs, patients, and value & access stakeholders.
• Partner with sales teams to ensure effective field execution and pull-through of brand strategy.
• Monitor brand performance, identify risks, and drive rapid course correction based on market insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage congress planning, field meetings, and business reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of biopharma commercial experience, including at least 7 years in commercial marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Strong scientific/medical aptitude with experience in complex therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record of building and executing marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Deep understanding of regulations associated with pharmaceutical promotion and scientific education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
