Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States of America (requires significant field travel 20-50%)
Salary: $115,200 - $172,800

What you will do
- Develop and execute the US marketing plan for the Aortic business portfolio.
- Lead digital marketing strategies to increase therapy awareness among customers and patients.
- Manage business analytics, including strategic forecasts, segmentation, and sales performance metrics.
- Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), scientific societies, and healthcare providers.
- Provide technical and promotional support to sales teams via field rides and case observations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global Marketing, Medical Science, Legal, and Regulatory.
Requirements
- 7+ years of medical device marketing or customer-facing experience (5 years with an advanced degree).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, biomedical engineering, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare system.
- Experience with physician engagement activities and digital product marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (Sponsorship available for Principal-level).
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Understanding of aortic disease, therapies, and products.
- Experience in a cath lab or operating suite.
- Proven strategic thinking and business acumen.
