What you will do

• Advance all operational aspects of pit parties, including preplanning and load in/out processes.
• Coordinate travel and transportation for all operations pit party event staff.
• Collaborate with venue staff and event managers to establish layouts and ensure company needs are met.
• Secure and negotiate with various vendors to acquire necessary event items.
• Prepare agreements and monitor their execution to ensure all points are met by both parties.
• Collect and disseminate critical event information regarding personnel, accommodations, and insurance claims.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or 3+ years of related experience in event management.
• Must be located in or able to work in Ellenton, Florida.
• Thorough understanding of festivals and experience managing large groups/events.
• Strong organizational, business negotiation, and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of stagecraft, lighting, audio engineering, and basic rigging/fabrication.
• Valid driver’s license and Passport are mandatory.
