TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (FinTech): Building sales pipelines for partnerships with Property Management Companies through inbound and outbound prospecting with an accent on new client acquisition, relationship building with executives, and revenue growth in the rental real estate market. Focus on creative prospecting tailored to different personas, quick follow-up on leads, and educating prospects on hirify.global value proposition.

Location: Hybrid with 3 days per week on-site in New York, Bay Area, or Salt Lake City headquarters. Candidates outside these locations may be eligible for relocation assistance.

Salary: NYC/SF/Seattle: $70,000–$85,000 USD; SLC: $65,000–$72,250 USD

What you will do

  • Drive new client acquisition to increase revenue and market share in the rental real estate market
  • Build and manage robust pipelines in CRM
  • Tailor prospecting approaches for different personas and businesses
  • Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers via outbound efforts
  • Follow up efficiently on inbound leads
  • Educate prospects on hirify.global value and handle ad-hoc sales projects
  • Collaborate with Accounts team on strategic adoption plans for new customers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment
  • Develops relationships with middle management and ownership quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at phone, email, and social media prospecting
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as a self-starter
