What you will do

  • Develop relationships with prospective clients and qualify new leads via telephone and email.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing client requests, administrative and technical matters.
  • Maintain accurate account plans and opportunity information using Salesforce, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering and product teams to qualify opportunities and share client feedback.
  • Build proposals and deliver curated value propositions to stakeholders ranging from junior resources to C-level executives.
  • Drive growth of monthly recurring revenue within the assigned account base to meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in the financial technology service industry.
  • Experience supporting large Tier 1 banks.
  • Practical knowledge of financial markets or the securities industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com (or other CRM), MS Office, SharePoint, and JIRA.
  • Must be based in New York City, NY to support a hybrid work arrangement.
