What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and solution‑oriented support.
- Perform the installation of software solutions directly at the customer's site.
- Deliver independent remote customer support.
- Monitor software performance and stability, including error analysis and troubleshooting.
- Support the rollout of new software releases, including hotfixes and patches.
Requirements
- Degree in IT or a comparable subject area.
- Experience with the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Server systems.
- English: Fluency required (written and spoken).
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dresden, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL servers.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience in the installation and administration of Linux systems.
- Knowledge of German language.
