Customer Operations Engineer (IT-Administration)

What you will do

• Provide first-line, solution-oriented support to semiconductor manufacturing customers.
• Install hirify.global software solutions at customer sites.
• Deliver remote customer support independently.
• Monitor software performance and stability, investigate errors, and troubleshoot issues.
• Support the rollout of software releases, hotfixes, and patches.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or a comparable subject area.
• Experience installing, configuring, and administering Windows Server systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, responsibly, and with a customer focus.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
• Experience with SQL Server and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is advantageous.
• Linux installation, configuration, and administration experience is desirable; German knowledge is an advantage.
