What you will do

  • Deliver audience, category, and cultural insights to guide social-first strategies across global and regional markets.
  • Identify and interpret emerging cultural trends within the home, lifestyle, food, and tech sectors.
  • Conduct social channel audits, competitor reviews, and measure performance against strategic objectives.
  • Manage social listening tools and optimize dashboards to improve the speed and relevance of insight outputs.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and influencer teams to translate data into actionable content recommendations.
  • Champion the use of AI and data-driven insight solutions to increase studio efficiency.

Requirements

  • Background in research and insights, specifically working with social, influencer, or paid media teams.
  • Proven experience in analyzing social and cultural trends to decode consumer behavior.
  • Expertise in social listening platforms such as Brandwatch and Sprinklr, including building Boolean queries.
  • Proficiency with research providers such as GWI, YouGov, Kantar, and Audiense.
  • Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
