What you will do

• Investigate gaps in financial and operational processes to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dbt models and KPI frameworks as the single source of truth for FinOps.
• Own the semantic layer, ensuring business logic is version-controlled, auditable, and reusable.
• Create Power BI dashboards and Streamlit internal tools to automate manual workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Engineers in agile sprints to ship analytical products.
• Proactively identify anomalies and patterns to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or Business Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
• Ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into scoped analytical deliverables.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with Streamlit or lightweight app development.
• Experience in energy trade, settlement, or back-office processes.
• Interest in AI-assisted tooling.
