What you will do

• Own the end-to-end analytical lifecycle, from data exploration to insight delivery.
• Design, build, and deliver in-depth reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Perform data wrangling and transformations using SQL on OLAP databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Scientists, and Product Managers to structure data sources.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in analysis and visualization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end projects.
• Must be located in the Netherlands or be willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Extensive experience working with OLAP databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in SQL and proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Python (3.5+) and geospatial querying.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in the real estate domain.
• Ability to leverage AI tooling to support technical documentation, reporting, and testing.
