TL;DR

Internship Data & Analytics - MarkTech (MarTech): Work directly with MarTech stack including GTM, Snowplow, Google Ads, Meta, and ContentSquare to support data collection, ingestion, validation, and reporting for marketing and e-commerce with an accent on transforming raw data into analysis-ready datasets. Focus on designing data models for Looker dashboards, analyzing digital funnel issues, and generating actionable insights on customer behavior.

Location: Hybrid in Hilversum, Netherlands (60:40 office:remote policy, up to 3 days WFH). Must comply with Dutch law: EU citizen, Family/Partner visa, or non-EU student studying in Netherlands with mandatory internship or Nuffic agreement. Enrolled at school/university for full 5-month duration starting September 2026.

Salary: 450€ per month (gross) + travel allowance.

What you will do

  • Work with MarTech stack (GTM/server-side GTM, Snowplow, Google Ads, Meta, ContentSquare) for data collection, ingestion, validation, and reporting.
  • Build and improve marketing/e-commerce reporting by transforming data using BigQuery and dbt.
  • Design and enhance data models for Looker dashboards, ensuring consistent KPI definitions.
  • Analyze tracking/reporting issues in digital funnel and improve data quality.
  • Collaborate on customer behavior analysis using Snowplow, ContentSquare, and ad platforms.
  • Monitor/validate marketing datasets, document data definitions, and optimize model performance.

Requirements

  • Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
  • Solid SQL foundation for querying, validating, transforming data.
  • Some Python experience for data ingestion/automation (e.g., APIs).
  • Interest in marketing analytics, digital advertising, customer behavior.
  • Problem-solver eager to learn dbt, BigQuery, Looker.
  • Strong communicator for technical/non-technical collaboration.
  • Fully proficient English (written/spoken).
