What you will do

• Develop and optimize OPEX/FTE reports using Tibco Spotfire to support senior management decision-making.
• Manage data access and security for headcount, time-writing, and OPEX data sources via IAM tools.
• Translate generic OPEX data into transparent, business-driven forecasts for Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.
• Identify and implement process optimizations using AI workflows, predictive modeling, and automation.
• Collaborate with the Transformation & Digital Finance team on data management and reporting architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Business Economics or AI.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including several years in a financial role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Hands-on experience with AI topics including predictive analytics, ML-driven forecasting, or generative AI tools.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Veldhoven, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP and Mendix.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Financial Planning cycles and complex data modeling.
