What you will do
- Own integrated demand strategy by developing persona-based, multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels aligned to the full funnel from awareness to revenue.
- Drive pipeline and revenue impact through partnership with Sales on ICP, account targeting, GTM priorities, and optimization using data, analytics, and AI insights.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, field marketing, content, and lifecycle programs ensuring consistent messaging and customer experience.
- Build scalable, repeatable campaign frameworks that regional and field teams can localize, standardizing planning, execution, and measurement.
- Champion AI and agentic AI in demand programs, translating capabilities into value propositions and adopting AI for autonomous workflows, segmentation, content generation, and optimization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand & Creative, and Marketing Operations to influence global teams and optimize performance metrics like pipeline, ROI, and engagement.
Requirements
- Location: USA - Hoboken, NJ
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns with proven track record leading global, multi-channel programs.
- Experience marketing AI/ML-based products or platforms and hands-on leveraging AI or agentic AI in marketing workflows.
- Strong understanding of ABM, marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot), and CRM (Salesforce).
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams and driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strategic thinking, business acumen focused on pipeline/revenue outcomes, cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
