Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Own renewal and expansion performance, driving Net Revenue Retention targets and mitigating churn risks.
- Lead and develop 8-10 Account Managers through structured 1:1s, coaching on renewal risks, cross-sell pipelines, and account planning.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and conduct monthly portfolio risk reviews.
- Oversee strategic account planning, QBRs, and executive-level engagements for high-value providers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams on adoption insights, transitions, and feedback.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of SaaS revenue experience
- 3–5+ years leading account management, renewals, or post-sale teams
- Experience managing $50M+ recurring revenue portfolios
- Strong forecasting discipline and revenue inspection experience
- Demonstrated coaching and talent development capability
- Proficiency with Salesforce and revenue enablement tools
