TL;DR

Manager, Account Management (SaaS): Leads a team of Account Managers responsible for renewal and expansion revenue across ABA provider customers portfolio with an accent on NRR targets, churn risk mitigation, and forecast accuracy. Focus on coaching for consultative selling, deal inspection, strategic account oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, FL; Holmdel, NJ (United States); Verona, Italy

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own renewal and expansion performance, driving Net Revenue Retention targets and mitigating churn risks.
  • Lead and develop 8-10 Account Managers through structured 1:1s, coaching on renewal risks, cross-sell pipelines, and account planning.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and conduct monthly portfolio risk reviews.
  • Oversee strategic account planning, QBRs, and executive-level engagements for high-value providers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams on adoption insights, transitions, and feedback.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of SaaS revenue experience
  • 3–5+ years leading account management, renewals, or post-sale teams
  • Experience managing $50M+ recurring revenue portfolios
  • Strong forecasting discipline and revenue inspection experience
  • Demonstrated coaching and talent development capability
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and revenue enablement tools
