What you will do

• Manage multiple implementation projects from start to close, serving as primary client contact accountable for high-quality experience.
• Partner with Delivery Manager to deliver phases on time, ensuring long-term success.
• Lead scoping and discovery to document business requirements and configure hirify.global environment per best practices.
• Conduct training on software functions and create customized resources for client workflows.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and collaborate with product, leadership, and teams on solutions.
• Stay updated on new hirify.global features to enable clients.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience in client-facing, project management, SaaS implementation, and/or home services.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and document thoroughly.
• Proactive problem-solving, exceptional client relationship skills, and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with Excel and SmartSheet.
