TL;DR

Manager, Implementations (HRtech): Leading the implementation team to onboard clients onto a cloud-based benefits administration platform with an accent on client relationship management, system configuration, and team development. Focus on managing implementation analysts, optimizing deployment processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery of software services to enterprise clients.

Location: Remote (United States). Standard working hours: 8am-5pm Central Time.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Implementation Analysts and Project Specialists to achieve company goals.
  • Serve as a technical and subject matter expert in key client meetings and implementation status calls.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation areas including system configuration, testing, auditing, and data conversion.
  • Consult clients on best practices, system configuration, and process changes to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to recommend and define system enhancements based on client needs.
  • Oversee COBRA and Direct Bill setup, vendor integrations, and payroll coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship, consulting, and implementation.
  • Proven experience with benefits administration and implementation processes.
  • Demonstrated people management and leadership skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data summaries).
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience leading large-scale benefits administration implementations.
  • Experience working with multiple vendor integrations and complex payroll environments.
