Location: Remote (United States). Standard working hours: 8am-5pm Central Time.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Implementation Analysts and Project Specialists to achieve company goals.
- Serve as a technical and subject matter expert in key client meetings and implementation status calls.
- Manage end-to-end implementation areas including system configuration, testing, auditing, and data conversion.
- Consult clients on best practices, system configuration, and process changes to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to recommend and define system enhancements based on client needs.
- Oversee COBRA and Direct Bill setup, vendor integrations, and payroll coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship, consulting, and implementation.
- Proven experience with benefits administration and implementation processes.
- Demonstrated people management and leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data summaries).
- Must be based in the United States.

- Prior experience leading large-scale benefits administration implementations.
- Experience working with multiple vendor integrations and complex payroll environments.
