Professional Services Manager

TL;DR

Professional Services Manager: Lead the onboarding and implementation of Mid-Market customers with an accent on end-to-end lifecycle management, platform configuration, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on driving on-time launches, risk identification, and accelerating time to revenue through disciplined execution and customer readiness support.

Location: 100% remote but must be located and authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $90-110K base annually

What you will do

• Lead customer-centric project plans and manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff through stabilization for Mid-Market customers
• Gather, document, and interpret customer requirements within defined solution boundaries
• Build, configure, and test customer screening programs using hirify.global platforms
• Drive on-time delivery, manage dependencies, timelines, and handoffs across internal teams
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to customers and stakeholders
• Support customer readiness with training, go-live coordination, and post-launch transition
• Contribute to process improvements and directly impact time to revenue

Requirements

• Must be located and authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience in Professional Services, Implementations, Onboarding, or Project Management
• Experience managing multiple customer-facing projects concurrently
• Comfort with hands-on system configuration, testing, and validation
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SaaS or technology-enabled services
• Experience in HCM or background screening services industry
• Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, education, government, transportation, or non-profit
