What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff through configuration, training, and client adoption.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Translate client goals and process requirements into clear, actionable plans within the platform.
• Facilitate structured project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes across cross-functional teams.
• Capture and communicate client feedback to Product and Development teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• 3–5 years of project management experience leading SaaS implementations or complex client-facing projects.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent implementation projects with firm deadlines.
• Strong experience in scope management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be located in the Central or Mountain US Time Zone.

• Experience working with public sector organizations, municipalities, or school districts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, project management tools, or customer success platforms.
