Salary: From $70,000 to $90,850 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design, documentation, and optimization of business processes and campaign workflows
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Advertising Operations, and other stakeholders to define requirements and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Oversee testing, release readiness, and production deployments
• Manage change management, training, and enablement for system and workflow releases
• Directly manage 5 operations resources, including prioritization, coaching, performance management, and career development

Requirements

• 6–8+ years in Operations, Business Operations, Process Management, or related roles
• 3+ years of people management experience, including global or distributed teams
• Expertise in defining, designing, and scaling business processes and workflows
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and partnering with engineering
• Advanced analytical skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and/or order management systems
