TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (Software): Establishing and growing relationships with IT decision makers across the Brazilian market with an accent on consultative selling and channel partner management. Location: Must be based in Brazil with the ability to travel locally for client and partner visits

What you will do

  • Engage with IT decision makers in Brazil through in-person meetings and consultative outreach.
  • Manage inbound leads and proactively prospect for product evaluations and trial users.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering to deliver technical product demonstrations.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to build long-term customer rapport.
  • Strategically develop new business, renewals, and channel partnerships within the territory.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline reports in Salesforce to meet quarterly quotas.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Must be based in Brazil with the ability to travel locally.
  • Previous experience at a value-added reseller, distributor, or tech vendor in the Brazilian market.
  • Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals against established quotas.
  • Solid understanding of IT concepts and the sales cadence.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience with channel sales.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the Brazilian or Latin American tech market.
  • Existing network of IT decision makers and partners in Brazil.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
