What you will do

  • Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers in the LATAM region using outbound strategies and inbound leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and product demos to negotiation and closing.
  • Position background screening solutions to address customer pain points in hiring and risk management.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas to drive strategic growth in the LATAM market.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR technology, or BPO.
  • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in high-volume environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Trilingual proficiency including Spanish.
  • Deep knowledge of the LATAM business landscape and regulatory environment for background screening.
