TL;DR

Head of Sales (Fintech): Scaling the commercial machine in Brazil to establish category leadership in Latin America with an accent on rigorous sales methodology and AI-augmented productivity. Focus on expanding the Account Executive team, embedding MEDDPICC, and closing strategic enterprise deals.

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil (required office attendance 3 days/week)

What you will do

  • Own sales targets and run a data-driven operating cadence including weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and QBRs.
  • Embed MEDDPICC, SPIN, and Challenger methodologies into the team's qualification and sales process.
  • Recruit, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Build an AI-native sales organization, integrating tools like Claude, Gong, and Clay into daily workflows.
  • Directly engage with C-level executives (CFOs, founders) to close strategic logos and expand accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to shape the Go-To-Market strategy for the Brazilian market.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years leading Account Executive teams.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Deep expertise in structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI tools to drive sales productivity and outreach.

Nice to have

  • Background in high-growth fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Cross-border commercial experience within the LATAM region.
  • Experience operating in early-stage or fast-scaling companies.
  • Existing network of B2B relationships with mid-market and enterprise companies in Brazil.
