What you will do
- Manage disciplined sales process: prospecting, stakeholder relationships, compelling value propositions, and closing timelines.
- Drive growth and profitability in assigned vertical, meeting/exceeding quotas and financial targets.
- Communicate company vision/strategy to clients and ensure retention through strong relationships.
- Lead discovery with probing questions, preempt resistance, and build sales pipeline proactively.
- Implement value-selling using deep knowledge of products/portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years consultative sales in human capital, BPO, or tech industry
- Proven record in lead development, pipeline building, negotiation, contracts, and quota attainment
- Experience accessing VP-suite, influencing, and building credibility
- Strong CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and travel flexibility
- Strategic, goal-oriented, analytical, and thrives in fast-paced environment
