Salary: $168,200 USD - $224,900 USD (for US residents; varies outside US)

What you will do

• Ideate and lead deep dives into priority strategic topics like top accounts outreach, pricing models, and onboarding simplification.
• Own high-impact initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and iteration.
• Drive day-to-day operations, program management, and strategic pivots.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, and Finance.
• Support priorities, resource planning, and goal setting for Landscape markets.
• Present insights, updates, and recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting.
• Experience in operations, business operations, strategy, or growth in SaaS preferred.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses (customer research, data analysis, segmentation, competitive assessments).
• Manage multiple businesses across platforms and data sets; measure performance and forecast.
• Distill complex issues into action plans, manage execution, and drive results.
• Thrive in ambiguity; excel in cross-functional communication to all levels.
