What you will do

• Lead tactical initiatives and collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and test prototypes.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to provide actionable insights and create monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate with leadership to solve complex internal and external business problems.
• Partner with engineering to manage and maintain data pipelines.
• Translate complex business contexts into clear, data-informed strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or product roles (ideally in tech, consulting, or finance).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Strong business acumen and effective communication skills for stakeholder influence.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work on-site 5 days/week.
• Bias for action and a drive to improve systems and processes.
