What you will do

• Prepare proposals, quotes, and commercial presentations for the sales team.
• Proactively follow up on leads, qualify prospects via calls and emails.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in existing accounts.
• Assist in negotiations and drive deals toward closing.
• Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline data and track sales metrics.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and other departments for seamless execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years in sales, commercial support, or customer-facing roles; B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, organization, and results-driven mindset.
