TL;DR

Digital Media Manager (Programmatic Video): Managing and optimizing programmatic video, CTV, and paid social campaigns with an accent on DSP platform performance and data-driven media planning. Focus on implementing AI-powered automation tools to streamline media operations and reporting.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin or Karlsruhe (two home office days per week)

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize Programmatic Video, Connected TV (CTV), and Online Video campaigns via DSPs like DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • Execute and optimize Paid Social video campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Develop data-informed media plans, performance forecasts, and channel recommendations.
  • Identify manual tasks and implement automations using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, and Zapier.
  • Contribute to the build-out of an AI-powered media infrastructure, including briefing templates and automated reporting.
  • Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, and manage budget pacing.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital media management specializing in Programmatic Video, CTV, or Online Video.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk) and working knowledge of CM360.
  • Proficiency in video and media KPIs (CPM, Reach, Frequency, Brand Lift, CTR, CPV, CPA).
  • English: B2 level or higher required (German is a plus).
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin or Karlsruhe.
  • Strong interest in AI tools and a self-driven approach to process improvement.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) into daily workflows.
  • Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
  • Experience with publisher deal management (PMP, direct deals).
  • Basic knowledge of ad server systems.
