What you will do

• Own ad monetization strategy and revenue optimization across the mobile games portfolio
• Manage bidding and waterfall configurations in MAX Mediation, experimenting and shipping changes quickly
• Negotiate commercial deals with ad partners and resolve technical issues like SDK updates
• Build and automate ad performance reporting (eCPM, ARPDAU, IMPDAU) using AI and scripts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance ad product monetization
• Propose innovative ideas for ad formats, mediation tactics, and AI workflows

Requirements

• 1+ year in mobile ad monetization (or less if you learn fast)
• Solid understanding of mobile gaming economics and waterfall optimization
• Obsessive data analysis with preference for automation over manual repetition
• Daily use of AI tools in work
• Thrive in goal-oriented environment with autonomy
• Fluent in written and spoken English
