TL;DR
Senior Integrated Marketing Manager (DACH): Own the entire DACH marketing stack including strategy, German-language content, integrated campaigns, and events with an accent on brand, communications, and content-led integrated marketing. Focus on localizing messaging for DACH buyers, leading events strategy, managing agencies and vendors, partnering with sales and global teams, and continuously optimizing performance across channels.
Location: Fully remote from anywhere in Europe, requires flexibility in working hours to overlap with the North American team.
Total Compensation: €75k to €90k EUR OTE (including performance bonus and depending on experience) + Stock Options + Benefits.

What you will do
- Own DACH marketing strategy, prioritization, and reporting, aligning with global priorities and regional revenue goals.
- Plan and execute German-language content and integrated campaigns across the funnel, localizing messaging and partnering on paid strategy.
- Lead events strategy in Europe from webinars to trade shows, including budgeting, activation, and pipeline support.
- Manage external agencies and vendors for SEO/AEO content, translation, events, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Measure impact across programs, communicate results, and recommend optimizations.
Requirements
- Native-level German speaker, with German as primary working language for all marketing output.
- Fully bilingual in English for effective collaboration with global stakeholders.
- 7+ years progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, including regional/multi-channel programs.
- 3+ years owning marketing programs and managing agencies/vendors with accountability for outcomes.
- Experience leading integrated initiatives across content, campaigns, events, paid media.
- Advanced hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting, list management).
- Proven partnering with Sales and cross-functional global teams.
