Group Product Manager (API Connectivity) (Fintech)

Location: hirify.global Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

What you will do

• Own the Connectivity (ERPs) product domain, including direct integrations and third-party aggregators.
• Define product vision, roadmap, success metrics, and build vs. buy decisions for integrations.
• Translate business needs into clear API requirements and work with backend engineers on delivery.
• Manage dependencies with external ERP providers, ensure production-ready integrations.
• Act as primary product contact for ERP connectivity, collaborate with sales, partnerships, and compliance.
• Ensure high standards in API design, documentation, data models, and partner onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years Product Management (L4) / 7+ years (L5)
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, or platform products
• Direct experience in ERP/accounting software integrations (Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero)
• Comfortable with technical teams on data models and workflows
• Proven ability to manage external dependencies and vendors
• For L5: Set strategic direction, mentor PMs, influence platform strategy

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial data platforms
• Familiarity with OAuth, webhooks, data sync, reconciliation
• Experience defining API standards and versioning
