What you will do

• Own the overall product leadership of the Hadron platform, including vision, roadmap, and execution delivery.
• Translate institutional client requirements and compliance constraints into scalable product strategies.
• Coordinate closely with engineering teams and external technology partners to ensure efficient delivery cycles.
• Manage product backlogs, technical documentation, API requirements, and release planning processes.
• Resolve conflicts between client requests, technical feasibility, and regulatory obligations.
• Ensure long-term architecture coherence and platform scalability across multiple asset classes and blockchain networks.

Requirements

• Significant experience in senior product management roles within fintech, blockchain, tokenization, or capital markets.
• Proven hands-on exposure to tokenized asset products, including issuance, transfer, redemption, and custody models.
• Strong understanding of traditional financial infrastructure (funds, broker-dealers, banking rails, and clearing systems).
• Familiarity with token standards across blockchain ecosystems and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working directly with institutional clients such as banks, asset managers, or sovereign funds.
• English: Strong written and spoken proficiency required to operate effectively in a distributed global team.
