What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic vision.
• Transform complex operational and financial processes into intuitive product experiences.
• Conduct customer interviews and market research to develop a deep understanding of user needs.
• Translate insights into precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Define success metrics and use data to track performance and inform product iteration.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, private markets, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to own mission-critical product areas in high-growth environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Data-informed mindset with experience defining and measuring success metrics.
• Must be based in Berlin for hybrid work.
