What you will do
- Define and drive the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic vision.
- Transform complex operational and financial processes into intuitive product experiences.
- Conduct customer interviews and market research to develop a deep understanding of user needs.
- Translate insights into precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Define success metrics and use data to track performance and inform product iteration.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, private markets, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven ability to own mission-critical product areas in high-growth environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Data-informed mindset with experience defining and measuring success metrics.
- Must be based in Berlin for hybrid work.
