Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Location: Remote-enabled, but must be employed on London-based contracts with an office attendance requirement of approximately 2 days per quarter.

What you will do

• Conduct product discovery to uncover customer pain points and opportunities for new product provision.
• Drive outcomes that support organizational goals and the strategic direction of the product.
• Own key stages of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, prototyping, and prioritization.
• Maintain alignment and communication with stakeholders, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Create high-quality documentation and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your product domain.

Requirements

• Familiarity with modern product discovery and delivery practices, including user research and experimentation.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and designers on technology-enabled products.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through logic and data.
• Eligibility for London-based employment contracts.

Nice to have

• Experience building financial services products (e.g., Loans, Mortgages, Deposit Accounts).
• Experience working with APIs and microservices architecture.
• Background in an Enterprise B2B SaaS company.
• Experience operating across multiple geographies.
