What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of key features within the Treasury Management System (TMS) and Settlement domains.
• Formulate and execute strategic roadmaps for treasury and settlement functionality based on KPIs and metrics.
• Manage and refine the Product and Sprint Backlogs to ensure a continuous flow of ready-to-develop tasks for engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across finance, treasury, engineering, and compliance to ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous product improvement by proactively assimilating user feedback and monitoring market trends.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a FinTech scale-up specializing in payments, FX, and treasury.
• Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments with strong ownership of product backlogs and prioritization.
• Experience implementing or integrating COTS treasury platforms (e.g., Kyriba) or similar third-party products into payment workflows.
• Ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria while managing complex edge-cases.
• Techno-functional versatility to articulate technical dependencies and their impact on functional outcomes.
• Must be based in London

Nice to have

• Understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and bank connectivity.
• Direct experience with Kyriba configuration, integrations, and data migration.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to inform prioritization and decision-making.
• Experience working within global or multi-entity financial environments.
