What you will do

• Contact customers via outbound and inbound calls to arrange payment solutions and resolve accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans based on customer circumstances to meet performance goals.
• Conduct extensive skip tracing to locate customers and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and vehicle recovery progress.
• Collaborate with team members to support department goals and share case information.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of customer information and company operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive finance industry (collections, repossession, and skip tracing).
• Thorough understanding of state and federal collection laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Strong skip-tracing background with the ability to locate collateral effectively.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based skip-tracing tools.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
