TL;DR
Account Manager (SaaS/HR Tech): Managing and growing a regional portfolio of Mid-Market customers to drive adoption and expansion with an accent on strategic positioning and revenue growth. Focus on identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, utilizing AI-driven tools for scale, and collaborating with CSMs to ensure long-term retention.
Location: Must be based in the London Area and willing to work in the London office 2 days a week

What you will do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of Mid-Market customers as a trusted commercial partner to uncover expansion opportunities.
- Proactively identify and manage upsell opportunities, recommending modules that align with evolving business needs.
- Utilize AI-driven tools such as Gong Engage and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prioritize outreach and automate engagement.
- Collaborate with CSMs and Renewal Managers to support retention objectives and value positioning.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to support commercial motions and advocate for customer feedback.
- Analyze usage trends and product adoption via Salesforce to inform account strategy and forecasting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS account management, new business, or customer growth.
- Proven track record of achieving upsell or new business targets within the Mid-Market segment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools like Gong and Sales Navigator.
- Must be based in the London Area and committed to a hybrid schedule (2 days in office).
- Strong commercial mindset and familiarity with consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
