What you will do

• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients through strategic HCM guidance and process improvements.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable HCM solutions.
• Design and oversee complex HCM implementations, configurations, and enhancements.
• Manage large-scale data migrations and system integrations, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Lead end-to-end projects, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience with Paylocity
• Proven experience leading complex HCM implementations, integrations, and data migrations
• Advanced knowledge of HCM platforms and third-party HR tech solutions
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring junior consultants
• Certifications like PMP, HRIP, SHRM-SCP preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
